The Proper Function

Ingredients

2 Grass Fed Ribeye Steaks, 1 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp of Fresh Garlic, 3 tsp of Canola Oil, 1 tsp of Butter

The Proper Prep

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put your stovetop flame to medium. Season your Ribeye steaks with the salt, pepper and fresh garlic. When you splash water into your cast-iron skillet and it vaporizes immediately, then you know it’s ready! Brush the cast iron skillet with Canola oil. Place your Ribeye steaks into the cast-iron skillet. For a 1 1/4″ Ribeye, sear each side for 3 minutes.

Now is also a good time to set the table and uncork some Silver Strike Deep Core Cab straight out of Tombstone, Arizona! After you withdraw your steaks from the oven and take your first sip of wine, you should shout, “You tell ’em I’M coming….and hell’s coming with me, you hear?”
